The Importance of Gratitude

“Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for.”

What is Gratitude?
Gratitude is feeling and expressing appreciation for all the goodness we have in our life and that many times, we take it for granted.
Such as: being alive, being healthy, having a place to live in, having water and food, having someone that love you, the sunny day, the sunset, the stars and moon, everything.
Gratitude allows us to celebrate the present and to find joy in the most simple things in life.
When we are in a sincere state of gratitude, our energy (vibration) attracts more goodness.
