The 30 minutes walk


Exercise improves health and reduces the risk of developing diseases.
However, people, often, say to not have time, that cannot afford gym, or that is boring to walk alone. This exercice just takes 30 minutes of our time. There's no gym required and there are several forms to motivate ourselves to go for a short walk.




Benefits of a daily 30 minutes walk:

What do we need
  • Comfortable shoes, preferably walking shoes
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Bottle of water (optional)
  • Avoid walking when the sun is at its peak in the sky



How to motivate ourselves

  • Count 15 minutes walking and then come back. Your walk is done!
  • Walk in the nature: beach, park, countryside, others.
  • If you are not walking in the nature, listen to your favourite music songs. Try nature sounds
  • Use a pedometer to track how many steps you walked
  • Instead of releasing your dog in the park while you watch seated, walk your dog for 30 minutes!
