Turmeric Face Mask
Recipe: Mix half tsp of organic turmeric with a tsp of a good natural oil (extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil( Not suitablefor acne prone skin), sweet almond oil, other) or aloe vera (for sensitive skin). Organic is better.
Make a paste, apply on the face and leave it for 20 minutes or longer, if possible. Then, rinse the face.
The face will look a bit yellowish, but it will disappear after washing a couple of times.
It also works as exfoliant.
Repeat twice a week.
Cucumber Face Mask

Recipe: Peel and puree a large fresh cucumber. Organic is better. Add water or rose water if necessary.

Honey and Cinnamon Face Mask
Recipe: Mix half tsp of organic raw honey and half a tsp of organic cinnamon. Ginger also works great.
Apply on the face and leave it for 30 minutes. Then, rinse and massage it off with circles. If you massage it off it will work as scrub, as well.
Repeat once a week.
Cocoa Face Mask
Recipe: Mix half 1 tsp of unsweetened raw cocoa powder and half tsp of water, or rose water, or cold organic green tea, or extra virgin coconut oil( not suitable for acne prone skin), or other natural oil.
Organic is better.
