What is Henna?
Henna is a natural dye made from the leaves of the Henna small tree, that contains a natural colouring pigment.
From the flowers of the Henna Plant are, also, made perfume and essential oil.

It is used for centuries in India, Middle East and North Africa to dye hair, fingernails, hands, feet and fabrics, for special occasions and celebrations. 




The Different Uses of Henna

It can last from 6 to 8 weeks.

Henna in the powder form is more effective and more natural. Check the ingredients to make sure is natural and chemical-free.

You shouldn't use permanent dye, after using henna, as the hair may not absorb it.

Henna Tattoos - Henna Tattoos are not permanent and does not contain harmful chemicals like the permanent inks. It lasts between 1 to 4 weeks. Less in dry skins.

Henna colours

For Body Painting
The final colour will depend on the quality of the henna and how the person's skin takes it. The thicker the skin the darker the final colour will be. 

 - Brownish orange 
 - Deep reddish brown
 - Deep Brown

The colour will normally darkens days after the application.

For Hair Colouring
The final colour will depend on the base hair colour, thickness of the hair and texture. Henna can be reapplied to achieve the right colour, leaving 72 hours between applications.
