Boil water, use 1/4 of a cup of boiling water, add the tea bag. Let it cool down and is ready to use! Apply in your skin by soaking a cotton and let it dry. Do not wash off.

Rose Water
There is already pure water rose bottled. But you can make your own,

Boil dry or fresh rose petals in filtered water, until they lose their colour. Cover and let it cool down.

Lemon is rich in citric acid, so it also acts as exfoliant and because of its antibacterial properties, it also fights acne and clarifies skin.
